The 2009 ICWL Championship Tournament was held on Sunday, March 1, 2009. The tournament started at 8 a.m. and was completed shortly after 6 p.m. The tournament included 737 wrestlers from 42 different ICWL teams. 1142 matches were wrestled on nine different mats. Conestoga Youth Wrestling wants to thank all those how helped out in many different ways to make this another successful tournament.

Eligibility rules: In order to compete in the ICWL Championship Tournament, a wrestler:
- Must wear his/her team or school district singlet.
- Must be on team’s roster as submitted by end of day February 3.
- Wrestler must attend one (1) practice per week / club enforced.
